Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered a hand-forged hatchet with custom engraving. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It shipped out in about two days and arrived in Colorado five days later, which was quicker than I expected for a custom item. The engraving was exactly as I requested, clear and precise. The hatchet itself felt well-balanced and sharp right out of the box. I used it for some small kindling, and it cut clean. I reached out to support with a question about oiling the handle before it arrived, and they responded within a few hours with helpful tips. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from Fadir Tool, and once again, I wasn't disappointed. I purchased a set of wood carving tools this time, having previously bought a hunting knife and a camping axe. They maintain a consistent level of craftsmanship; the tools were sharp, well-finished, and felt good in hand. Shipping was just as reliable as before, taking about a week to get to my address in California. I keep coming back because their products are solid and they don't seem to cut corners on quality. It's nice knowing what to expect.

Decent axe, minor issue

I got the bearded axe from Fadir Tool. It looked good in the pictures, and in person, it mostly delivered. The blade was sharp, and the handle felt solid. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in Texas, which was fine. My only real gripe was a small blemish on the wooden handle near the head; nothing major, just a tiny rough spot I had to sand down myself. It wasn't enough to return it, but something to note. Customer service was polite when I emailed about it, offering a small credit for a future purchase. Good value for what I paid, though.
